"A super vintage Irish Belleek Thorn pattern mug or tankard. Thorn is one of the great Belleek patterns and is here beautifully enhanced with characteristic cob lustre highlights. A super item that was probably only ever intended to grace the Belleek pottery china cabinet and was not to be used for a steaming hot cup of tea! Dimensions: height 84 mm max. width 105 mm max.

Marks: printed as illustrated, Third Green Mark dating 1965-1981.

Condition: in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, damages or restoration. Cob lustre decoration is bright and glaze finish looks as good as new.
