GRAYS POTTERY PURPLE LUSTRE PATTERN A7833 CLASSIC HAND PAINTED ART DECO PERIOD  DECORATION ON MINIATURE JUG

"A lovely hand painted miniature lustre jug with beautifully antique pattern decoration in pink enamels and copper lustre. The decoration is in 19th century lustreware revival style but dates not from the 1820s but from the late 1940s. This jug was made by Lancaster and Sandland Staffordshire and was probably decorated by the Grays Pottery who specialized in similar antique pattern lustreware revival designs. A little gem!"
