STYLISH VICTORIAN TOOTH AND CO. BRETBY ART POTTERY DIMPLE PLANTER VASE C.1887-90

"A super Tooth and Co. Bretby Art pottery Dimple planter vase of good display case proportions dating from the classic Victorian art pottery period circa 1897-90. A lovely green glaze example in wonderful condition - the dimpled modelling to the pot is reminiscent of Linthorpe art pottery wares." Antiques Expert Hamilton Bear.

 

Dimensions: height 103 mm max. width 130 mm max.

Marks: impressed marks and shape/pattern number, as illustrated.

Condition: excellent with no damage and restoration. The piece is wonderful for display. There is a faint surface scratch to the glaze at the inside base to the bowl of no significance.
